Tips lead to arrests of 2 on Texas 10 Most Wanted list
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - Two convicted felons on the Texas 10 Most Wanted list have been caught in unrelated arrests.
The Texas Department of Public Safety on Wednesday announced the capture of 24-year-old Clifford Milton and 34-year-old Rodrigo Flores.
Both men were caught March 29. Milton was arrested in Texas City following a traffic stop. Flores was captured in Aguada, Puerto Rico.
Milton was wanted since November in Harris County for child trafficking and engaging in organized criminal activity. He was also wanted for compelling prostitution.
Flores disappeared last May and was sought on cases involving aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault. He has a 2012 conviction for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in El Paso, plus federal drug convictions.
The tipsters will be paid up to $7,500 per fugitive.
