UPDATE (2:30p.m.): The suspect has been arraigned.
Roberto Ivanoich Ojeda Hernandez, 39, was charged with capital murder.
The bond was set at $2 million.

MCALLEN – McAllen police released the identity of the murder suspect involved in the 1998 shooting at South Texas Community College.
Roberto Ivanoich Ojeda Hernandez was extradited from Mexico City to Houston Wednesday night.
He was first arrested in Reynosa and has been in custody since July of 2018.
Hernandez is now in Hidalgo County facing capital murder charges.
Four people were shot in a robbery attempt at the campus in 1998, one person died.
