PALMVIEW – The streets in Palmview will soon be repaved after a 14-month delay.
A sewer project came to a halt in February of 2018; the city was forced to stop construction.
Meanwhile, the once-paved streets that were torn up to lay the sewer pipe sat untouched.
"We can't even get out of here because it's all muddy!" explains resident Virgina Pedraza.
The city of Palmview and Agua SUD released a list of street with estimated dates of when to expect road paving to begin.
KRGV’s Taylor Winkel has the details.
