WESLACO – The state of Texas is offering an incentive to new businesses in order to help veterans get hired.
New businesses that receive grants from the Texas Enterprise Fund are eligible to receive $1,000 grants for each job filled by a veteran.
TEF has awarded 160 grants totaling more than $615 million since 2004.
