MCALLEN – The United States Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and a delegation of representatives from Texas and Arizona are touring the Rio Grande Valley.

Ryan, state representatives, Mike McCaul and John Carter, and Arizona representative Martha McSally are observing border security operations.

They’re touring the Valley in helicopters and are scheduled to go on a Border Patrol boat tour.
