UPDATE (5:56 PM): Hidalgo County sheriff's deputies have located Raizza Arlet Capistan.

HARGILL – The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office issued a missing person alert for a 21-year-old woman.

Raizza Arlet Capistan was last seen Friday morning on the 29000 block of FM 493 in Hargill.

Deputies say she suffers a mental disability.
