Safety preparations underway for President Trump's arrival
Preparations for President Trump's visit to the Rio Grande Valley are underway, with flight restrictions taking effect on Tuesday.
The president is expected to pass through McAllen and Harlingen.
McAllen Police and crews began setting up safety barriers 24-hours before the president is set to arrive.
Crowds are expected both for and against the president.
