Officials Announce the Arrest of 1998 McAllen Murder Suspect
MCALLEN - Local officials have announced the arrest of a 1998 McAllen murder suspect.
According to the McAllen Police Department, the suspect who fled to Mexico after the incident has been extradited.
The suspect will now face the charges in the Hidalgo County.
According to a press release, two suspects entered an office at South Texas College in an armed robbery on Jan. 13, 1998.
The victims were two males and two females.
The security guard at STC, Carlos Hernandez, died from his gunshot wounds.
