A home was badly damaged due to a fire that happened Wednesday evening in McAllen.
Firefighters with the McAllen Fire Department responded to the house fire at the intersection of 25th Street and Upas Avenue shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The house was fully engulfed when firefighters showed up, but no injuries were reported as the home was vacant.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
