MCALLEN – It’s been nearly a year since she paid more than $17,000 to a pool company, which now seems to be out of business.

Michelle Cantu paid Real Grill Masters to get a new pool and patio. She says as she paid more money the communication decreased.

A contractor at the company told her an employee had stolen money back in January and he wasn’t coming back.

The Better Business Bureau confirmed the business is shutdown.

When Cantu filed a lawsuit with the justice of the peace, constable tried to track down the company – they couldn’t get in touch with them either.
