MCALLEN – A McAllen woman is frustrated with a mix-up that took place after she purchased a mattress from a local furniture store.
Maria Prudencio tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS she ordered a new mattress because her husband has been at the healthcare facility for his legs and back.
“First, they messed up delivery. Second, they tell me that my card was denied because I might not have money there,” she says.
Prudencio says she’s been trying to get the issue resolved but got no results so she called 5 ON YOUR SIDE.
KRGV’s John Paul Barajas called the furniture store to address the issue.
