LOS INDIOS – Homeowners are voicing their concerns over transmigrantes lined up waiting to cross the border in Los Indios.

Residents living near FM 509 told CHANNEL 5 NEWS the transmigrantes need a new place to park. They’re parked in front of homes and businesses.

A woman says she’s concerned for her children’s safety.

“When it comes to school buses passing and obviously picking up my son and dropping him off it does affect us,” said Beatriz Hernandez.

A business owner says she’s called the police five times.
