EDINBURG - The jury trial for a 33-year-old man accused in a road rage murder is now postponed.

Opening arguments in the case of Fabian Paredes were set to start Tuesday morning, but is now delayed after a jury could not be seated in the case.

Paredes is accused of killing Joshua David Sanchez, two years ago right outside the Hidalgo County Courthouse.

No word on when the trial will start.
