PHARR - Fire investigators in Pharr are closer to finding out what may have sparked a deadly house fire.

The blaze broke out in Las Milpas on Tuesday.

Gabriel Resendez died in the fire.  

The fire chief says they have pin pointed the location of where it started in the home.

Another woman, who was burned in the fire, remains hospitalized.

The victim is recovering at a burn center in San Antonio.
