EDINBURG – More victims, more money given and more questions for a home builder from Edinburg.

Last month, CHANNEL 5 NEWS has reported about a Mission homeowner who fell victim after hiring Joe Guzman from CelKar Redevlopment. That case went to court.

Now, Claudia Mora says she’s going to take the same route.

“He did some work. He did not finish. Gave him $30,000 and he didn’t finish,” Mora said.

After reaching out to Guzman, on Tuesday, he said his attorney would be contacting us.
