HARLINGEN – A woman is dealing with a bad smell inside her apartment in Harlingen.

She says management hired a company to fix her roof, but some unexpected rain filled her home with water.

Olga Abrego says it's not all about everything she lost.

It's also about the potential health problems that could stem from it.

Abrego is worried about her boys, even more so about her youngest: He has asthma.
