BROWNSVILLE - A Harlingen man was arrested on charges of manufacturing and delivery of cocaine.
Brownsville police stopped Oscar Arnoldo Aleman Rodriguez for a traffic violation Thursday. During the stop, officers found 76 grams of cocaine in the 41-year-old's vehicle. After being given consent to search Rodriguez's home, another 145 grams of cocaine were found.
A female in the vehicle at the time of the stop was released pending further investigation.
