HARLINGEN – A group of former Rainbo Bread plant workers was invited to a special celebration by the owners of a Harlingen restaurant.
The old plant closed down nearly a decade ago. It was purchased and turned into the home of Texas Bar-B-Que and Watering Hole.
The owners of the restaurant invited the men who worked at the Rainbo plant. The invitation gave them a chance to remember their days back then.
They faced some problems but all agreed they had more good memories than not.
Watch the video to hear some of the memories the workers recalled.
