SEBASTIAN – Firefighters are on the scene of a house fire in Sebastian that started a few hours ago.

It happened just off Garcia Street where a fire broke out and completely destroyed the home.

Firefighters received the call just before 10 a.m. Friday.

Crews from Lyford, Raymondville and Weslaco assisted the Sebastian Fire Department.

CHANNEL 5 NEWS is told no one was in the home when the fire started.
