MCALLEN--Exotic Tropical Pet World is back open at a new location.
     The pet store was the victim of an arson attack a year ago Saturday. More than 150 animals inside were rescued and sold.
     The McAllen fire chief said Saturday the investigation into the arson continues. The suspect has not been caught.
