EDINBURG – An Edinburg woman says her requests for repairs went unanswered for a week.

Resident Gloria Gordonier, 78, called 5 ON YOUR SIDE in hopes of getting hot water again.

"I've been without hot water for almost a week and they keep giving excuses they're going to repair it,” says Gordonier.

KRGV’s John Paul Barajas reached out to the managers at Heritage Square Apartments for answers.

We’re told the complex did not have a maintenance person available on-site to replace her water heater.

The manager says they will work to make the repair by the end of the day.
