EDINBURG – The fatal crash involving EMS suspect has officially been charged.

DUI suspect, Mitchell Trevino, 34, faces $750,000 in charges for the crash.

Trevino is charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault.

According to a press release, EMS driver 32-year-old Felipe Huerta Jr. and patient 68-year-old Delia Cortines were killed when the driver of the Ford F250 truck drove into oncoming traffic, crashing into the ambulance.
