DONNA – A Donna man says the owners of a trailer park do not want to hand over the deed to the home he finally owns.

Apparently the park owner is afraid the he might move the trailer off the property, leaving the park without a monthly payment for the lot he is using.

Arnold Santana made the final payment on his trailer home in early May; two months later and still no deed to show for it.

“I need somebody to help me out get my deed. You know, so I can fix my house,” said Santana.

Santana had planned to get a lien on his title to make the necessary repairs, instead he’s been at a complete standstill.

When CHANNEL 5 NEWS went to the front office of the trailer park, they kicked us off the property.
