DONNA – The events on Feb. 9, 2017 were outlined in a federal criminal complaint obtained by CHANNEL 5 NEWS.

The document provides a timeline of the series of events the night Felicia Solis and Jose Zuñiga were killed.

It took less than five hours for Isai Varela to commit the alleged crime and flee into Mexico.

Varela was last seen at his grandmother's home in Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

He was killed earlier this month in a shootout with Mexican military.
