SULLIVAN CITY - Police are investigating after a man was struck and killed Saturday morning.
Police Chief Richard Ozuna says the man was with a group of people crossing Highway 83 near FM 886 around 6:30 a.m.
A driver hit him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Chief Ozuna says the driver stopped and called 9-1-1.
The identity of the deceased man has not been released.
The group he was with was not located.
