EDINBURG – Incumbent Hidalgo County District Attorney received enough votes to keep his seat.
Ricardo Rodriguez faced off against former DA Rene Guerra in the March primary election. Rodriguez won more than 27,000 votes.
Rodriguez said he thanked the public for allowing him to have another contract and spoke about plans for the future.
