The NFL implemented new kickoff rules for the 2024 season and the Dallas Cowboys are preparing for the changes at camp.

The changes implemented will be...

• The kicker will be by himself on his own team's 35-yard line
• The kicking team's other 10 players will line up on the opposing team's 40-yard line
• The kicking team's players can't move until the kickoff either hits the ground or touches the return man
• At least seven players from the receiving team must have their foot on their own team's 35-yard line and also cannot move until the kickoff either hits the ground or touches the return man
