Court Documents Detail Child Exploitation Case in Santa Rosa
SANTA ROSA – Three men accusing of having inappropriate relationships with minors.
Two of the men, Josue Cepeda and Isaac Flores were employees of the Santa Rosa Independent School District.
According to the court documents, the investigators met with school officials Wednesday, Feb. 27.
By then Cepeda has already been suspended by the superintendent; he was a high school coach and criminal justice teacher.
The investigators were able to obtain communications between Cepeda and a student. They found about 159 text messages and 446 calls between them.
Investigators met again with the school administration in March; the superintendent had also suspended another coach, Isaac Flores.
Details surfaced about Flores and Cepeda talking and spending time with a group of underage girls.
