BAYVIEW – After an absence of two years, those military planes are flying over the Rio Grande Valley again.
They are the iron warbirds of World War II; a spectacular sight just to see them.
The Air Show 2019 was moved to a new location for its return at the Cameron County airport in Bayview.
Japanese fighter planes and torpedo planes ran a simulated bombing show.
Once the planes are on the ground, the public is invited to get up close and personal; their chance to touch history.
