LA GLORIA - The bullfights in La Gloria in north Starr County have been a big attraction for many years.

This Sunday, may be one of the last of those bloodless bullfights.

Fred Renk, the man who brought the bullfights to life, says he is 84 now and the time has come.

This Sunday, the doors will open at 1:00 p.m. and the bullfights will start at 4:00 p.m.

The last scheduled bullfight will be on Feb. 16. 

In the meantime, Renk is looking for a buyer for the bullring.
