Construction will begin soon on the Pharr Interchange.
"We will see construction starting in August of 2020 and the design and construction of all improvements are all valued at approximately 303-million dollars" TxDOT Public Information Officer Octavio Saenz said.
Highway construction crews will begin work in a couple of weeks.
