EDINBURG – Casa Om Yoga of McAllen held one of the biggest yoga gatherings in the Rio Grande Valley.

This is the third year, everyone gathered at the H-E-B Park in Edinburg for a relaxing time.

Yoga has been around for centuries; it's about exercise and meditation.

"Luckily, now it's coming into awareness in the RGV, but it's been around longer than any other exercise or movement," said co-owner Christina Martinez.
