LAREDO – U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced the temporary closure of Gateway to the Americas Bridge in Laredo.

According to the official statement, bridge traffic has temporarily been halted in both directions due to the possible threat of a group of migrants attempting entry into the U.S. without inspection.
