BROWNSVILLE – Brownsville police is asking for the public's help tracking down a missing man.
Authorities say 31-year-old Jose Juan De La Garza was last seen Tuesday at 12 p.m. on the 200 block of Thomas Street.
He was seen wearing a beige American Eagle shirt with text reading "American", blue shorts with beige plaid squares and sandals.
He’s described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 137 pounds, has brown eyes and short brown hair.
De La Garza is said to be diagnosed with a mental health condition.
He was last seen leaving the location on a brown Schwinn bicycle with black tires and a rear mounted basket
