FALFURRIAS – Two recent busts at the Falfurrias checkpoint took some hard narcotics off the streets.

On Friday, Border Patrol agents found nearly five pounds of cocaine hidden in an Audi A3 Sedan.

On Monday, while conducting an immigration inspection on a commercial bus, agents found a package of heroin in an undeclared bag.

All drugs were turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
