EDINBURG – A bond was lowered for a man charged with capital murder.
Eulalio De Los Santos Monjaras is accused in the 2017 murder of Cesar Eduardo Jaramillo.
Monjaras was initially given a $1 million bond last October but it was reduced to a $200,000 bond.
The 19-year-old’s body was found on Trey Leal Avenue near Mission by Hidalgo County Sheriff’s deputies.
