EDINBURG – The arraignment for a man accused of capital murder is rescheduled for Monday.
Alfredo Huerta and two others are accused of kidnapping and shooting a man in July.
A judge rescheduled because Huerta did not have the required documentation at Wednesday’s arraignment.
