WESLACO – No charges were made in connection to a fire that took place at a McAllen apartment complex last week.
Fire Captain Hector Bennett says the fire has been ruled an accident, though the cause remains under investigation.
The entire apartment complex was evacuated and five people were taken to the hospital.
