HIDALGO COUNTY- An Amber Alert has been issued for six children who were last seen with their biological mother.

Officials with the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office said 32-year-old Angela Mateos Ramirez failed to return the children to their foster family after a visit. They range from ages 3 to 14.

The mother was last seen with the children in the Walmart parking lot on the corner of FM 493 and Expressway 83 in Donna. The suspect's vehicle is described as a blue 2005 Pontiac Vibe with Texas license plates BXK4632.
