BROWNSVILLE – A life sentence was handed down Tuesday for an admitted meth dealer from Brownsville.

Sixty-four-year-old Roberto Rosales, Jr. pled guilty 11 months ago. He admitted to smuggling methamphetamine into the U.S. from Mexico, then shipping it across the country.

On Tuesday, a judge citing Rosales’ age and record as reasons for his punishment.
