MCALLEN – The driver involved in a crash that killed two of his passengers over the weekend remains behind bars.
He was arrested Saturday, Nov. 17 after the Ford Mustang he was driving went through the intersection of 2nd Street and W Nolana Avenue at a high rate of speed and hit a utility pole.
According to the probable cause affidavit, witnesses saw the vehicle roll over multiple times.
The 21-year-old’s bond was set at $600,000.
