HARLINGEN – Two people were sent to the hospital after an accident involving a Harlingen school bus.

The crash happened Friday morning on Business 83 and Altas Palmas Road.

Police said the bus and vehicle collided as they were crossing Business 83.

Both the driver and passenger in the vehicle were sent to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.

No one on the school bus was injured.

The accident remains under investigation.
