BROWNSVILLE – Two men who made up a story about a shooting may end up on probation.
According to court records, a judge denied a motion to dismiss charges against Cody Edwards Quintero and Michael Anthony Serna.
The two are accused of calling in an active shooter threat to Harlingen High School in 2016 in order to rob a pawn shop.
