BROWNSVILLE – A teenager is being hospitalized after he was shot in Brownsville.

Police are investigating the incident that occurred Tuesday at 12:29 p.m. on the 2800 block of Gibraltar Street.

Officials say the suspect fled the scene.

According to officials, the 18-year-old victim drove himself to a hospital for treatment.
