Height of existing fence will be raised
BROWNSVILLE - NEWSCHANNEL 5 has learned construction on the border wall at the University of Texas at Brownsville will start next week.
A company from Thrall, Texas gave the winning bid of just over one million dollars. The construction will raise the height of an existing fence and add new high tech security devices.
